My son made a bookcase in his woodworking class at school, he made a really good job of it and I am so proud of him. We have always been a ‘hands on’ family and enjoy making things and doing odd jobs around the house. My son has now got a new project, he is making a foot stool and has been cutting and shaping the wood with a variety of tools that we have in our workshop. As yet, he has not asked for too much help but he is a sensible boy and when he needs help, he will ask.
